What happens if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is made?
If the recipient of the flowers/gift is not at home, we will always try our best to leave the delivery with a neighbour. If this is not possible we will return your gift to the shop. We will always leave a ‘driver called today’ card informing you of the location of the gift. When contacted by the recipient, we will re-arrange the delivery for a convenient time.
